Rock Shot Products 70/30 Tin-Lead Solid Solder Bars are manufactured from a premium alloy containing 70% tin and 30% lead, delivering excellent flow characteristics, superior wetting, and strong, dependable solder joints for demanding soldering applications.
The 70/30 tin-lead alloy is well suited for applications requiring improved fluidity, excellent electrical conductivity, and high-quality finished joints. Its higher tin content provides smooth solder flow and clean, attractive fillets, making it a popular choice for electronics, electrical work, precision metal fabrication, stained glass, and general soldering.
Each bar is carefully cast and hand-poured into a convenient size that is easy to handle, store, and melt, allowing users to melt only the amount of solder needed while reducing waste and improving efficiency.
